Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking. All airline bookings will be accepted up until 2 business days prior to departure date. Hotel and Car reservations can be done at any time depending on availability at time of booking.

Processing Fee: Travelmaxusa, Inc charges $10.00 for the processing . Tickets will be issued within (2) two business days after the reservation is complete with a valid form of payment. International shipping will have an extra cost depending on destination. Payments received after 1:00 PM Eastern Time will not be processed until the following business day. Delivery by email is free, if you request an original copie of the tickets, we can send it out upon your request at the time of booking, by regular mail at no charge. Paper tickets have a fee of $ 25.00 fee, next day delivery by fedex

Tickets are not refundable, and not transferable. Cancellations are possible for a fee of $ 50.00 is you cancel your flight in the next 24 hs. after you purchased the tickets, please contact our office: (Call 1 866-898 9696)

Dates changes are possible for a Fee of $ 50.00 after 24 hs of your purchased, Difference of fares may apply, please contact one of our representative.

Instant rebate promotions: In some cases Travelmaxusa, Inc offers an instant rebate on fares, and the fee will be not charge; or the discount will be apply in your payment regardless the price shows in the final total payment.

Air Transportation: To assure the best rate Travelmaxusa, Inc uses any major airline carrier that will provide such fares at the time of reservation. Taxes and fares are subject to change at any time without prior notice to the agency or passenger. Prices, taxes, and schedule are not guaranteed until ticketed. All applicable airline rules and restrictions apply. Schedules are subject to change without notice; it is the passengers' responsibility to call the Airline within 72 hours prior to departure date to reconfirm booking and acknowledge any schedule change. Failure to check in at least two hours to departure may result in denied boarding, and no refund will be granted. Passengers transferring from one airline carrier to another are responsible for their luggage.

Service Fee for Air Reservations: A $20.00 fee will be charged per person per booking on all published fares and $25.00 for each Third Party booking.

Air Cancellations: Air Cancellations/Changes: A $50 fee will apply per passenger for all cancellations requested within 24 hours of time of booking. Changes are ONLY allowed to departure or return dates. All bargain fares that are non-refundable are also non-reroutable and/or non-endorsable. All other cancellation or changes will remain as per cancellation/change policy of ticket purchased and MUST be made within 7 business days prior to departure date. All ticket have no value unless passenger cancels ticketed flight reservation on/before the original ticketed departure date. If not then rebooking is not permitted and Travelmax or affiliates will not be responsible for refunds or exchanges.

Hotel: Space is subject to availability. Rooms are assigned on a run-of-the-house basis by hotel management upon check-in. Room assignments are at the discretion of the hotels and specific requests (adjoining rooms, rooms with certain views, wheelchair accessible) cannot be guaranteed. Travelmaxusa, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a hotel of similar or higher category if necessary.

Hotel Arrival & Departure: Hotel check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 4:00pm and check out is normally required by 11:00am.

Car Rental: Minimum of 25 years old, however drivers are 21-25 can be a primary driver for an additional supplemental fee or insurance depending of the rules and regulations of the particular car rental agency under which the reservation is made. Other car classes may require driver to be older. Rates do not include any insurance, fuel, state or federal taxes. Charges may apply for pick-up and drop-off at different locations. All car rentals are subject to terms of rental agreement and may not be specified at the time that reservation is made. Once the car voucher has been issued it is non-refundable.

Special needs guests: Wheelchair accessible rooms and any other special needs may be requested in any segment of your vacation, but cannot be guaranteed. Standards may vary from property to property, and county to county, and are not within the Travelmaxusa Inc.’s control.

Passport/Visa: It is your responsibility to check with your local immigration office and/or respective embassy or consulate to determine requirements for passports, visas and other documentation, including vaccinations for infectious diseases.Travelmaxusa, Inc., or any of its employees will not be held liable for any improper documentation, or visa requirements that might result in either being denied boarding of a sailing vessel, or direct or indirectly delayed or canceled tour, car, airline transportation, hotel segment due to the lack of documentation of any traveling passengers as it appears on the travel documents. ALL proper documentation and/or visa requirements are the FULL responsibility of the passengers as appears on any segment of the tour documents.

Payments: Only U.S. Credit Cards accepted. No third parties Credit Cards accepted. For some debit cards & Credit Cards that cannot be verified, we may request a Credit Card authorization form. For third parties Credit Cards bookings, e-mail info@travelmaxusa.com or call 1866-898 9696 P.O. Box addresses are not acceptable. The person whose name appears on the credit card, account holder, or any participant(s) waives any charge back rights. For security measures all issued tickets will only be mailed to the billing address of the Credit Card holder. ALL RATES, FARES AND AVAILABILITY OF ALL TRIP SEGMENTS WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED UNTILL THE PROPER AUTHORIZATION FORM IS RECEIVED AND THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSED AND AUTHORIZED FOR EITHER THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT OR FULL PAYMENT. Cheapest fares available on first come first served basis. Prices are only guaranteed after Credit Card is approved and ticked issued. Any other person or entity (including a travel agent) that received monies from the participants does so strictly as an agent of the participants. Tender of payments to Travelmaxusa , Inc. constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Additional penalties may be imposed for failure to accept service on the date and time. Certain pre-paid options such as: theater tickets, train travel, pre-reserved sightseeing, pre-reserved transfers, any attraction entrance tickets are 100% non-refundable, weather or not documents have been issued, whether unused, lost or stolen. No reservations will be made without a credit card guarantee.

Responsibility and Liability: Travelmaxusa, Inc. (hereafter know as “Operator”) as the principal; Operator is responsible for arranging and providing all of the services and accommodations offered in connection with these trips. The Operator does not own or operate, nor is it an agent for any of the firms which will provide goods or services for the trip or for any option which may be available in connection with the trip (including optional sightseeing, car rental, etc.) and the Operator has not priced the trip or option to allow Operator to guarantee against failure of any such firms. Accordingly, participant(s) agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier, and not to hold the Operator or sponsoring organization liable, in the absence of its negligence, for any loss, injury, delay or expense which results directly or indirectly from any action or omission, whether negligent, criminal or otherwise, of any entity providing goods and services for the trip or any available option ( e.g. without limitation, the quality of services, cleanliness of a hotel, hotel overbooking or any flight delays). Participant(s) also agree not to hold Operator or sponsoring organization liable beyond its control (e.g. act of God). Participant(s) acknowledge that neither Operator nor its agents have made any representation or promises with respect to the tour described Herein except as expressly set for in Operator’s literature, unless such agreement is in writing and signed be an officer of the Operator. At any time, Operator may decline for any reason any person as participant on a trip (or Option) whereupon the Operator’s only obligation shall be to refund such person that portion of payment allocable to the unused services. Operator or any airline supplier referred to on this website reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any service for any reason. The sole responsibility of any airline used in any tour is in relation to carriage by air only, and it limited to that set out in the passenger contract evidence by the ticket, and is provided by international convention.

Forum for Disputes: The sole and exclusive forum for any legal claims that you may make against Travelmax, Inc. shall be in the United States of America District Court for South Florida, in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
